What types of leads are in the lists?
Our lists include motivated sellers identified from Texas public records: pre-foreclosures (NOD, NTS), tax delinquent properties, absentee owners, probate filings, divorce decrees with property disposition, and code violations. Each lead includes name, address, phone (when available), property details, and motivation signals.
How fresh are the leads?
Pro and Elite plans receive fresh lists weekly. Starter receives monthly lists. Every list is generated from the latest public record filings — we don't recycle old data. Our data sources are pulled and screened within days of delivery.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as your deal volume changes. Founding members keep their grandfathered rates regardless of plan changes. Just let your account manager know.
What Texas markets do you cover?
Our Starter plan covers 1 market (e.g., DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio). Pro covers 3 markets. Elite covers all of Texas statewide. Contact us if you need a specific county or metro area.
How quickly do I get my first list?
Most subscribers receive their first lead list within 5-7 days of signing up. We start sourcing immediately after your criteria profile is set up.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts, no minimum commitment. Month-to-month billing. You can pause or cancel anytime. Founding members — your grandfathered rate is preserved if you resume within 60 days.
